We are Jay and Ann Gallagher, in business together since 1993 and married in 1996. We’re reimagining our lives together at age 65 and 60 with a trip of epic proportions–driving the Americas, a journey of indefinite duration, distance and locations.
Thriving on active adventure travel to unfamiliar destinations is a priority for us. Independent exploration suits us while seeking opportunities in natural surroundings to trek, camp, cycle, ski, kayak, raft, snorkel, and kiteboard.
We love to experience and learn about new cultures which strengthens our understanding of the world. Walking for hours absorbing street life, architecture, and design while meeting locals and eating local food bring us joy. We’d like to think we’ll keep our sense of humor along the way when we are pushed far beyond our comfort zone.
